If your product develops a manufacturing defect, contact us with your original order information. Once approved, simply send the defective product back to us. After we receive and verify it, we'll send you a replacement. Coverage is limited to one replacement per original product purchase and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, loss, or cosmetic damage.
